Measurement of public pages and blog advertising
On public pages for private buyers and on the blog, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand visits, reading and received enquiries, respecting the explicit choice in the Autohaus analytics notice. Advertising uses Google’s certified consent panel. Viewing the form or accepting this policy so we can respond to an enquiry does not, by itself, activate analytics or advertising.
These events include journey categories and public pages. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, message, budget, vehicle link or customer documents to Analytics. Measurement URLs are cleaned to remove parameters unrelated to the prepared campaigns. Internal applications, the calculator and private proposal links are excluded from this integration.
The blog is prepared for clearly identified advertising placements through Google AdSense. Publication depends on Google’s site approval and activation of the authorised placements. Google and the providers listed in the consent panel may process identifiers, technical information and browsing data for the purposes corresponding to your choice.
You can manage or withdraw your preferences using the privacy and cookie preferences control available throughout the website. Declining does not prevent you from reading guides or requesting assistance. The configuration and technologies are explained in the cookie policy.

Accounts prepared from enquiry forms
A vehicle enquiry prepares a personal account linked to the supplied email; a business enquiry prepares a professional account awaiting approval. An activation link verifies control of that email and lets you set up access. Existing accounts keep their permissions. The personal area only displays requests linked to the verified email and has no B2B prices or tools.
Account activation and responding to your request do not subscribe you to marketing. If activation fails, the enquiry and pending registration remain available for retry. You can request access, correction or deletion at legal@autohauszephyr.ch.
Professional access, dossiers and proposals
The professional application checks the account and approval status before granting access to inventory. Dossier requests store the vehicle reference, your name, account email address and supplied contact channel so we can handle the request. Follow-up statuses in the dashboard organise the work; they do not automatically send communications.
Shared proposals record access and interactions with the proposal, enquiries, PDF downloads and active time for commercial follow-up. They may include device, browser and approximate location when available. The IP address is not retained in those events. The link is private: avoid sharing it with third parties. These screens do not load Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Vercel Analytics.
Responding to a request and verifying professional access are separate purposes from sending advertising. Optional marketing communications require a separate choice, which you can withdraw by writing to legal@autohauszephyr.ch. The initial access request form does not receive business documents.
Data we process
Depending on your relationship with Autohaus Zephyr, we may process the following categories of data.
We do not deliberately request special categories of personal data. Please do not include health or biometric information, full identity documents, complete bank details or other sensitive information in forms unless Autohaus Zephyr specifically requests it through a secure channel for a concrete need.
Private buyer enquiries and contact
- First and last name.
- Email address.
- Telephone number, if provided.
- Vehicle of interest.
- Budget, preferences and requirements included in the message.
- Communication history and enquiry follow-up.
Professional requests and B2B access
- Professional contact details.
- Position, company and information necessary to validate the business relationship.
- Communication history, access requests and account activity when the platform is enabled.
Contracting and transaction file
- Identity and contact details necessary for quotations, contracts, invoicing, delivery and assistance.
- Vehicle and transaction details, commercial documents and communications with sellers or suppliers.
- Strictly necessary payment information, preferably processed by the relevant payment provider.
- Information necessary to meet applicable tax, accounting, customs, registration or fraud prevention obligations.
Purposes and legal bases
We will not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or significantly affect the person concerned, unless this is expressly disclosed and a valid legal basis exists. Tools for analysing or selecting information support work under human supervision.

Recipients and processors
We share data only when necessary for the relevant purpose, required by law, or covered by a valid instruction or consent. Recipient categories may include the following.
Providers processing data on behalf of Autohaus Zephyr must act under documented instructions and apply appropriate security measures.
- Web hosting, CMS and technical support providers.
- CRM providers and Autohaus Zephyr’s own platform.
- Email, calendar, messaging and customer service providers.
- Payment gateways.
- Tax, legal, accounting or administrative advisers.
- Sellers, dealerships and suppliers necessary for the particular transaction.
- Workshops, inspectors, transport companies, administrative agencies, insurers and approval or registration bodies when necessary for the contracted service.
- Public, customs, tax or traffic authorities and courts where required by law or necessary to defend rights.
International transfers
The controller is based in Switzerland. Data may be processed in Switzerland and in other countries where the listed providers are located. Where an international transfer requires specific safeguards, Autohaus Zephyr will apply the mechanism required by the applicable rules, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard, and provide further information on request where appropriate.
Retention periods
We retain data only for as long as necessary for each purpose.
At the end of the applicable periods, data will be securely deleted or anonymised unless it must remain restricted to address legal responsibilities.
- Enquiries that do not result in a contract: up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless consent is given for subsequent communications.
- Transaction files and contracts: for the contractual relationship and the applicable legal periods for limitation, defending claims, taxation and accounting.
- Marketing communications: until consent is withdrawn or you object to receiving them.
- Cookie data: according to the periods stated in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time by contacting legal@autohauszephyr.ch.
To protect your data, we may request reasonable information to verify your identity. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
EU residents may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency where applicable. People subject to Swiss rules may also contact the competent Swiss data protection authority.
Security
Autohaus Zephyr applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system is absolutely secure; please avoid sending particularly sensitive information through forms or insecure channels.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses or may use cookies and similar technologies. Those necessary for technical operation may be installed without consent where the law permits it. Analytics, advertising, measurement and remarketing technologies are activated only after valid consent through the preferences panel.
Marketing communications
We will not use contact information provided in an enquiry for newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns or personalised advertising unless there is a valid legal basis. Where consent is the basis, it is separate from acceptance of this policy, is not preselected and can be easily withdrawn.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when processing, providers, tools or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version with the date of its last review. Where a change requires new consent, we will request it before the affected processing begins.
